– Maturation: Full term in first fill in American whiskey casks from Jim Beam, Heaven Hill and Jack Daniels.

– Bottling: bottled non-chilled filtered and colouring free at Bruichladdich

– Strength: 59.4% abv alcohol

– Limited to 30,000 bottles

– Colour: Lemon

– Nose: Cut grass, fragrant smoke and BBQ meats, with a squeeze of lemon & lime.

– Taste: Cramelised sugar, charred oak staves, red chilli, another hint of citrus balanced by sea salt.

– Finish: Long, ashy, woody with lots of vanilla. Smoked almonds.
